Daphne, Ala. (September 3, 2025) — September is recognized nationally as Pain Awareness Month, and Baldwin County-based Baldwin Bone & Joint is spotlighting its commitment to helping patients manage chronic pain and return to living life to the fullest.

Together, they provide personalized treatment plans designed to relieve pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.
“At Baldwin Bone & Joint, our goal is to partner with patients in finding the right solutions for their pain,” said Pennington. “With fellowship training in interventional pain management, I’m able to offer advanced treatment options that address the root cause of pain while focusing on long-term outcomes.”

Dr. Andrew McGee, an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements, will present at two complimentary Lunch and Learn events on the topic entitled “Getting Back in the Game with Hip & Knee Replacement – Understanding the Process: When to Choose, What to Expect & Keys to Effective Recovery.”

Baldwin Bone & Joint is proud to present the 3rd Annual Gulf Coast Paddle & Racket Battle coming Nov. 1 to the Daphne Tennis and Pickleball Complex. This year’s tournament will benefit Rapahope.
Registration information
Registration costs $48 per player for pickleball and $50 per player for tennis. Proceeds will benefit Rapahope. Players will receive a free tournament T-shirt and swag bag.

BALDWIN BONE & JOINT WELCOMES DR. ANDREW MCGEE, FELLOWSHIP-TRAINED ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEON SPECIALIZING IN HIP AND KNEE REPLACEMENT
Daphne, Ala. (July 15, 2025) – Baldwin Bone & Joint is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Andrew McGee, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement, to its team of orthopaedic specialists. A native of Mobile, Alabama, McGee will begin seeing patients at the practice’s Spanish Fort, Daphne, and Foley office locations beginning early September 2025.
McGee brings a deep commitment to providing exceptional care to his patients, drawing on his extensive training and dedication to excellence. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Auburn University, followed by medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After finishing his orthopaedic surgery residency at UAB Medical Center, he completed a hip and knee fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
