Dr. Elliott Pennington joined Baldwin Bone & Joint’s team of fellowship-trained orthopaedic specialists. A Gulf Coast native, Pennington received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and his medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed a clinical anesthesia residency and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.

Daphne, Ala. (June 1, 2023) – Baldwin Bone & Joint is pleased to announce the association of Dr. Elliott Pennington to its team of fellowship-trained orthopaedic specialists, furthering the practice’s commitment to provide leading-edge comprehensive pain management solutions to the residents of the Gulf Coast.
A native of the Gulf Coast, Pennington received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and his medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed a clinical anesthesia residency and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
“Something that’s really exciting about pain management as a specialty is the rapid nature of how technology is changing what we can offer our patients,” Pennington said. “A huge benefit of joining the team at Baldwin Bone & Joint is the integrated nature of the clinic. FOX10 News | Pickleball tournament raises funds for Camp Rapahope
DAPHNE, Ala. WALA – America’s fastest-growing sport is helping raise money for a good cause on the Eastern Shore. BALDWIN BONE AND JOINT’S Pickleball Classic drew a lot of activity at Lott Park in Daphne, where the courts were recently resurfaced. The two-day event benefits Camp Rapahope, which offers recreational programs for children with cancer and support programs for their families. FOX10 was told the tournament and sport are really for the whole family.
BALDWIN BONE & JOINT WELCOMES NEW FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER TO TEAM OF ORTHOPAEDIC SPECIALISTS
Daphne, Ala. (May 4, 2023) – Baldwin Bone & Joint is pleased to announce the association of Meagan Brown, CRNP, FNP-BC with its team of highly skilled orthopaedic specialists.
Brown is a dual-trained Family/Emergency nurse practitioner. She holds both a BS in Nursing and an MS in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Brown is board certified through both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She comes to the Daphne-based orthopaedic group bringing years of nursing experience in the Mobile and Baldwin County area hospitals, which Brown says has helped to build a strong foundation for her career in patient care.
“The fast-paced environment in the ER really taught me the importance of patient-centered care and teamwork. I am so excited to join the team here at Baldwin Bone & Joint to bring my knowledge of orthopaedics and emergency care to help our local community reach orthopaedic wellness,” Brown said.
