With your health and well-being at mind, we are now offering a safe way to visit our office, without visiting our office. 

Baldwin Bone & Joint is now using IM Your Doc. With this easy, secure, mobile App, you can connect with us using real-time video from any of your mobile devices or desktop (and your health information is protected).

Three Easy Steps to Schedule Your Telehealth Appointment

  • Step 1:

     To schedule your telehealth appointment, call our office at 251.625.2663.

  • Step 2:

    Within 24 hours of your appointment you will receive a text message from us with instructions on how to download the telehealth app.  Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions provided. 

  • Step 3:

    Just before your scheduled appointment you will receive a call from us confirming that you are ready for your scheduled call at the requested time.

At your scheduled appointment time, a Baldwin Bone & Joint nurse or physician will connect with you, similar to a Facetime call.
