Work History:
Kelley began her career in 1991 working for Therapy Management Services at Springhill Memorial Hospital in the inpatient and outpatient settings and then transitioned with them to Mercy Medical where she worked until 2002. She worked in the outpatient setting for Eastern Shore Physical Therapy in their Fairhope and Daphne locations from 2002 until 2012. Kelley then transitioned to Infirmary Health where she worked in management as a team leader for the therapy department in several settings. She has now moved closer to home with Baldwin Bone and Joint and is excited to be back in the outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients.
Care Philosophy:
“I try to treat others the way I would want to be treated and focus on getting patients back to the activities that are most important to them. Hopefully, we can laugh a little along the way!”
Kelley is a lifelong resident of Daphne where she and her husband, Tim, raised their three children.
