Rachael Hartman, DPTEducation:

B.S. in Exercise Science,
Auburn University

Work History:

Worked as a clinic director with Encore Rehabilitation from 2008 to 2015 primarily in outpatient PT with strong focus in orthopaedics and sports medicine. This position included working onsite at Spanish Fort High School and Bayside Academy with student athletes. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care and home health over the south and central Alabama regions. She works part-time at Thomas Hospital acute care.

Care Philosophy:

“I strive to provide each patient with superior quality care in a fun and motivating environment. I focus heavily on patient education. I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level and get great satisfaction in following patients’ progress towards their goals.”

Michelle Howard Cadden, DPT

Michelle Cadden PTEducation:

Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of South Alabama (Mobile, AL)

B.S. in Exercise Science, The University of Mississippi (Oxford, MS)

Work History:

Michelle graduated from USA in Mobile and went directly to work for Infirmary Health Services. She worked at all of their different locations and in various settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, long-term acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing, pediatrics, and industrial health. She is now very happy to be in outpatient exclusively here at Baldwin Bone & Joint.

Care Philosophy:

“I know that going through physical therapy is not always the most pleasant process. I really try to make the experience fun and positive while thinking outside the box for the next potential treatment opportunity.” Michelle is originally from Fairhope where she currently resides with her husband, Austin. Scott Park MS, PT

Scott Park M.S., P.T.Education:

M.S. in Physical Therapy,
University of Mobile (Mobile, AL)

B.S. in Biology,
Birmingham Southern College (Birmingham, AL)

Work History:

Scott worked with Azalea City Hand and Rehab from 1998 through 2004 as an outpatient physical therapist delving into sports medicine, geriatric, musculoskeletal and neurological care. He went on to work for The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. as a senior physical therapist in the outpatient physical therapy department from 2004 through 2013 with a special interest in foot and ankle, knee and shoulder rehabilitation. During his tenure with The Orthopaedic Group, he also served as a clinical supervisor from 2004 through 2007 as well as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students. Scott came to us in early 2013 and has worked in the physical therapy department specializing in manual therapy and general orthopaedic care. He has had an interest in the fall risk patient and is now responsible for the “OFF Balance” program here at Baldwin Bone and Joint.

Recognitions and Accomplishments:

  • In January of 2003, Scott completed his Manual Therapy Certification through The University of St. Augustine.
  • He became a certified weight trainer through The International Weight Lifting Association in 1998.
  • Scott has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1996.

Care Philosophy:

“I offer a holistic hands on approach to patient care while also appreciating each patient as an individual with unique rehabilitation needs and goals. I enjoy getting to know each patient personally and strive to improve their quality of life by helping each one to restore a healthy, active lifestyle.”

Scott is originally from Mobile. He enjoys practicing his faith, spending time with his family, reading, and exercising.
