Daphne, Ala. (January 30, 2024) – Baldwin Bone & Joint is pleased to announce the addition of Austin Chastang, PA-C to the clinical team of Fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon, Dr. Allison Hunter.

“With Baldwin Bone & Joint’s hand specialist team, patients are truly getting the specific care they need for that very complex and dynamic part of the body,” Chastang said. “I am really excited to get started with Dr. Allison Hunter’s team, both in the operating room and the clinic, treating patients from injury to full recovery to get them back in the game as soon as possible.”

Spain’s talk is entitled, “Non-Surgical Treatment Options for Relief of Pain from Arthritis.”

When injury or disease of the bones, nerves, joints, and muscles threatens their functioning, overall quality of life is at risk of being sidelined as well. The public is invited to learn more by attending a complimentary Lunch & Learn, hosted by Foley Senior Center on February 16, featuring Dr. Allison Hunter, fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon with Baldwin Bone & Joint. Hunter’s talk is entitled, “Solutions for Common Hand Disorders.” The discussion will include interactive hand/elbow examinations.
